This is the 2nd book in the How To Recognize Your Bullshit series. In 2017 I published the book, “How to Recognize Your Bullshit And Get More of What You Want Out of Life”. In 2018 I created the workbook companion. Life has unfolded the way predicted as book title suggested. Then last year I became a vegan personal chef and wellness advocate. Many people asked me for a recipe book and I decided to expound further on the journey to recognizing bullshit foods.
